Customers may cancel an order(s) at any time prior to the order departing from the Drömma facility by calling 877.209.0034 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Drömma will fill orders as soon as possible based on product availability. Drömma makes no guarantees or representations concerning the availability of a product at the time of order or the delivery time for a product. Drömma is not liable and accepts no responsibility for loss or inconvenience resulting from a shortage of product supply, production delays or other unforeseen events that may delay delivery of a product. In the event of a delay, Drömma will attempt to notify customers in a timely manner.
Drömma assumes the freight and delivery costs of Drömma memory foam mattresses shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Our standard delivery time varies between 5-7 business days, depending on volume and delivery destination. An order that includes more than one item may arrive in separate shipments at different times.
**Orders from Hawaii and Alaska may be placed but will be assessed an additional $125 shipping charge.
